WILL&WILL NOT DRAW

I WILL DRAW: Humans, humanoids, anthro and feral furry, animatronic characters, robot/prothethic parts, original characters, closed species characters. At this point I'm able to draw most creatures, but I'll let you know if something is out of my abilities!
I WILL NOT DRAW: Mecha, fetish, NSFW, morbid obesity characters, over-detailed characters (mainly due to my artstyle and thick lineart)

TOS

TURN AROUND TIME is from one week up to 4months (depends on many private reasons, can take more for random situations), unless u gave me deadline (often I can charge +20% of original price for deadline unless it was discussed in other way). I'll inform you of any delay. Please don't check for commission more than once for two weeks (I full time work, some personal and family issues, even if I'm online on social media or I'm doing personal arts, it doesn't mean I'm able to do commissions this moment.)PAYMENT & REFUNDS - I accept only USD (PayPal invoice) and PLN (bank transfer or blik) unless discussed other way (like CS currency). Payment must be done before work or after sketch approval. I don't accept any refunds at any point of commission. I will refund ONLY IF I know I'm unable to finish your commission or it took me longer that my TAT.QUICK ADOPT&CUSTOM TOS - Characters bought from me are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. If you'd like to use character commercially, I charge +80% of base adopt/custom price. That being said, please don't sell characters from me for more than u got them for, unless they have extra arts.USAGE OF MY ARTS - My arts and characters are for personal use only, so you can upload it on character's Toyhouse, use as reference for said character, print it to use as a sticker or badge FOR YOURSELF etc. I won't accept any commercial use of my artworks, as a pins, stickers, mass-produced prints etc. Do not edit art without my permission. I use to keep my .clip files for around 2 month after finishing commission, and can do edit if anything changed in character design for this time. I can use commission for you as example of my work, and post it on my social media. If you don't want the artwork to be shown anywhere, or you'd prefer to stay anonymous, tell me while ordering/before I'll start work.
I DO NOT ALLOVE USAGE OF MY ART IN ANY AI AND DATABASE STUFF.PROCESS - I'm used to doing sketch only for pose, and then go straight to sketchy lineart. So I will send u minimum 3 wips (pose sketch, lineart, flat colors), if u want more or time-lapse of the artwork, tell me BEFORE I start work on it. I can accept max 3 changes at sketch/lineart stage, like a pose change, hairstyle change, etc. Any more that this will cost +20% of commission price. This also count anything far too way into my art style (like changing way I draw certain things). The exception is when I missed something in design, I will fix it of course. After commission is finish, I will send u .png file of it via Facebook, Gmail, discord or toyhouse.SIDE NOTES - I work only with clear reference sheets. If you'd like order commission and your reference is not clear (like, you have only traditional ref, only halfbody ref, etc) I can charge +40% of commission price. And on the other hand, please patient with me. I have difficulties seeing some details in design, even my own. Really light pastel design or really dark and less saturated design also are not my strong thing. If I'll miss something, tell me, I'll fix it.
